Per Olov Otterhäll was called to the bar in 1999.
His background in international reinsurance has led to him spending much of his time working on the firm’s international network.
As a result, Lindwall & Partners now has an extensive and close network of contacts with fellow legal professionals all over the world.
Per Olov specialises in general business law cases, such as sale of goods disputes, real estate problems, labour law, family law, criminal cases and liquidation.
Per Olov is a member of the Entrepreneur Centers organisation, where he acts as a mentor, helping new entrepreneurs get started in business.

LAWYER SADIK KUTLU
Sadik Kutlu studied law at the University of Commerce in Gothenburg and at Istanbul University. He is a member of the Turkish Bar Association and prior to his work at Lindwall & Partners he worked as a lawyer in Turkey. Between the years 2006-2008 Sadik worked as an associate at the Law Firm Salmi & Partners in Stockholm and subsequently managed his own practice, Juristfirman Sadik Kutlu AB. He´s specialising mainly in family law, migration law, business law and company law. He under-takes matters as public counsel, legal guardian, victim´s legal adviser and excecutive official regarding division of property among others. Sadik assists aerial transport and charter companies on a regular basis as well as smaller companies within the café- and restaurant business.

Carl-Albin Rudolfsson has been working on the firm since november 2011, specialising mainly in issues regarding residence permits based on asylum, family ties and work permits. He has a law degree from the University of Uppsala and has studied law at the University of Minnesota Law School. Ulrika Marusarz studied law at Stockholm University. She worked at the Swedish Migration board 2008 – 2011 as expert/executive case officer and director and prior to that as legal secretary at the administrative court in Stockholm.
She also has worked with health and human rights at the Red Cross Centre for tortured refugees in Stockholm and with social aid in Nicaragua. Ulrika Marusarz is specializing mainly in migration-, family and social law.

Salam is an Authorised Accounting Consultant, accredited by the Association of Swedish Accounting Consultants, and is the owner of the Smart Redovisningskonsult firm of accounting consultants.
